Empreintes éphémères
Mon rapport à l’ombre et à la lumière est né de l’observation des ombres de personnes et d’objets projetées sur les murs qui, le temps d’un instant, se métamorphosaient en personnages et paysages évoquant des univers mythiques.
Je trouvais intéressant de voir comment une même réalité, perçue sous un autre angle — ici à travers son ombre — pouvait devenir autre. J’ai ainsi commencé à explorer cette frontière entre réel et imaginaire, comment le visible et invisible, où une forme peut en révéler une autre.

Ephemeral Imprints
My relationship with shadow and light grew out of observing the shadows of people and objects cast on walls, which, for a fleeting moment, would transform into figures and landscapes evoking mythical worlds.
I was intrigued by how the same reality, perceived from another angle — in this case, through its shadow — could become something else. I thus began to explore the boundary between reality and imagination, the visible and the invisible, where one form can reveal another.
